Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the FanGuide mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Definitions
- "We", "us", "our": Karatsoft, the developer of the App.
- "You", "user": The natural person using the App.
- "Service": The App and all its features, content, and related services.
2. Use of the Service
2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age applicable in your country) to use the App. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2.2. Account: Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2.3. Acceptable Use: You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App without authorization;
- Upload malicious software or disrupt the operation of the Service;
- Attempt unauthorized access or bypass security measures;
- Create or share misleading, unlawful, harassing, or inappropriate content;
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
3.1. Paid Features: The App may offer paid features accessible via subscription or one-time purchases. Payments are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) and our subscription infrastructure (RevenueCat).
3.2. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal fees are charged to your store account within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
3.3. Refunds: Purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store. Refund requests are generally handled directly through Apple or Google, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
3.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices and subscription plans. Changes will not affect the current period and will be communicated in advance.
4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
The App may offer AI-powered content and recommendations. This content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Outputs generated by AI should not be relied upon as professional advice, and information should be independently verified before making important decisions. You agree to use AI features only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1. Our Content: All content and materials within the App, including logos, design, text, graphics, and software, belong to Karatsoft or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
5.2. User Content: If you create content in the App, you retain rights to your content. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose of providing and operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
5.3. Third-Party Content: Match information, team names, and similar data featured in the App belong to their respective rights holders and are provided for informational purposes only.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may include third-party services (Firebase, Google, Apple, RevenueCat, etc.) and external links. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content will be accurate and up-to-date. Match details and dates may change; we recommend verifying with official sources.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karatsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App. In any event, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the App or through appropriate channels. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Karatsoft is registered, excluding conflict of law rules. Mandatory statutory consumer rights under your local law remain unaffected.
