FanCam 26 — Terms of Use

Effective date: July 11, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FanCam 26 mobile application (the "App"), operated by KaratSoft ("KaratSoft", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

FanCam 26 uses artificial intelligence to create fan-themed images ("posters") from a photo you upload, based on the country and style you select. Generated images are digital content and are stored in your in-app gallery.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and purchases require parental/guardian consent.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not access the App's source code, reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the App.

4. Content You Upload

You may upload only photos of yourself, or photos for which you have the explicit consent of the person depicted.
Photos of minors may be uploaded only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Uploading content that is unlawful, obscene, violent, hateful, or that infringes third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, and personality rights) is prohibited.
Uploaded photos pass an automated content-safety check; content found unsuitable is rejected and the generation is not performed.
You represent that you hold the necessary rights to any photo you upload; you are responsible for any claims arising otherwise.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Poster generation consumes credits. Credits can be obtained through free allowances, watching rewarded ads, or purchases.
Free credits may renew periodically; amounts and renewal conditions may change.
Subscriptions (e.g., weekly) and one-time purchases (e.g., lifetime access) are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to the respective store's payment and refund policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can cancel in your store account's subscription settings.
"Lifetime access" means access for the operating life of the App's service.
Credits are virtual items; they have no cash value and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be sold to third parties.
We reserve the right to change credit amounts, prices, and packages; changes do not affect entitlements already acquired.

6. AI-Generated Content

Posters are generated by artificial intelligence; results may vary and may contain errors or unexpected elements. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Generated images are fictional; they do not depict real events, places, or persons.
You may use and share your generated posters for personal purposes. You may not present them as authentic, use them in a misleading way, or use them to violate the rights of others.
Similar inputs may produce similar images for other users.

7. No Affiliation

FanCam 26 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any football federation, tournament organizer, club, league, or athlete. Country names and colors are used solely for personalization and artistic purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Manipulating or attempting to circumvent the credit system, ad rewards, or device-integrity checks
Accessing the App by automated means (bots, scripts, etc.)
Abusing, overloading, or disrupting the service
Using the App for unlawful purposes

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your access and your credit wallet without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, styles, and branding, belongs to KaratSoft or its licensors. We may use suggestions and feedback you send us without any obligation.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KaratSoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to change or improve the App's features, styles, and content, or to discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated; material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
